Thermal and Acoustic Comfort

Glass Ceiling Safety and Sweating Control
The two most feared elements in winter garden construction are "roof breakage" and "glass sweating from the inside and dripping water into the room". These two problems have been radically solved in Galata engineering.
Laminated + Tempered Combination (Security)
The outward-facing surface of the roof glass is impact-resistant 6mm Tempered, and the inward-facing surface is 4+4 PVB Laminated safety glass that does not break off and fall even if broken. There is 16mm argon gas between the two glasses. Safely carries the heavy snow load per M2.
Condensation Management
There are special water channels in the structure of the roof profiles (rafters). Even if a stove is burning inside in winter, the steam (sweating) formed on the glass glides down the glass surface and pours directly into the main gutter outside; it NEVER drips onto your furniture.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the winter garden heated in winter, does it really get warm?
Absolutely. We use Insulated Glass (4+4 Laminated + Argon + 6mm Tempered) on the roof of our winter gardens, and Insulated sliding or guillotine systems on the side facades. With a radiator, air conditioner, or underfloor heating system installed inside your home, it easily heats up and maintains its heat like a reinforced concrete room.
Is it necessary to obtain a license from the municipality to build a winter garden?
Since our systems consist entirely of aluminum and glass, are foundationless (no concrete is poured), and are demountable structures, they fall into the 'Shading Systems' class according to the Zoning Law and do not require a construction permit.
How are winter garden m2 prices calculated?
Pricing is done in two stages. First, the ceiling area (Width x Length) is calculated, and the cost of the roof construction is extracted. Then, the facade price is added by turning around the side facades (according to the glass balcony model to be used: Folding, Sliding, or Guillotine). Since it is a project-based engineering product, prices given without free laser discovery at your address are misleading.
